This has to change and you can influence this change by voicing your opinion. This year, a few of the health care bills have something slipped into it without you knowing it. Obama stated that the new health care bill will not fund abortion, but the provisions are still currently listed to do just that. It will give government tax payer funds to abortion clinics to cover all abortions. A recent pole shows that 70% of Americans DO NOT want to pay for abortion. The legislation MUST state that abortion is excluded from the funding, which is not currently the case.
I feel that this Choice/Life divide needs to be conquered if we are to end this once and for all. We are all pro choice in the end and most are simply misinformed regarding the truths involved. When the director of Planned Parenthood quits her job after watching a ultrasound during an abortion, you have to realize that something is wrong. This is no longer about rights to your body or rights to life, this is about societies practice of abortion. The current abortion methods are on a scale that tops even Hitler. Babies brains are scrambled while they squirm, babies are ripped apart, burned and poisoned… and yet at the end of the day we call ourselves civilized?
